If you are running Windows 7 and you would like the Windows Movie Maker it is not installed by default as it was in Windows XP. It is now part of the Windows Live Essentials package. To install this package click on this link.

Click on the “Download now” link, and then launch the file once it has finished downloading.
Once the install starts you will have two options, click on “Choose the programs you want to install”.
Select “Photo Gallery and Movie Maker” only, then click on the Install button.
