All Mercy Students purchase Microsoft Office as part of the Mercy Tablet PC package. When you first received your tablet you had to enter the product keys that are located on the CD/DVD sleeve in order to properly register and activate your Microsoft Office suite. It is the students’ responsibility to keep the CD/DVD they receive in a safe place. In the event that your hard drive needs to be re-imaged or replaced, you will have to re-enter these keys. If you lose them you will have to re-purchase Office.
